Shipping:
For all orders over USD $100 we will ship to you for free via express delivery. Please be aware that this policy will not apply to remote countries. Delivery:
We ship to every destination in the world via EMS or DHL from Taiwan. We ship the order within 2 - 4 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking no. by e-mail. -
Return & Exchange:
You may request exchange or return within 14 days of having received the shoes for any personal reason (i.e. size doesn't fit or you don't like the color or style). The returned shoes must be unused and in its original condition. When you request an exchange, we will send the the exchange shoes for free after we reveived the return shoes. The shoes should be send back to us at customers' own expense except if there be a factory defect. -
Customs duty and VAT fees:
Additional customs charges and tax may apply at the customs office in the destination country. Please note that FREE SHIPPING does not exempt customers from paying additional customs duty and VAT fees.
