Royal Elastics ship to international destinations from Taiwan with express shipping (DHL, EMS, Toll, etc.).

Orders will be shipped within 2 - 4 working days (at the time that items are prepared, depending on stock availability).

Shipment will be made only on working days (Monday through Friday), no shipment will be made on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Areas can not be delivered will not show up in the country name lists in the check out page.

Royal Elastics believe in getting gear to you at no additional cost. For all orders over USD $130 we will ship to you for free via express delivery. Please be aware that this policy will not apply to remote countries. The shipping fee will be calculated based on the country and will be displayed at the Payment Page.

FREE SHIPPING does not exempt customers from paying additional customs duty and VAT fees, which is a requirement for shipment to select countries.

If you request a return, and your order value falls below $130 after the return of the item, your entire order will no longer enjoy Free Shipping. Thus the original shipping fee (as listed in the Shipping Fare Chart) will be deducted from your refund.


Royal Elastics ship products from Taiwan to international destination.

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information.

Duties and taxes are not included in the price of the item and not be included in the shipping costs you pay to Royal Elastics.

The import duties, taxes, or other customs charges upon delivery are normally collected by the carrier or your countries Customs authorities.

Customers are responsible for payment of any taxes, fees or duties that may be charged.

FREE SHIPPING order does not exempt customers from paying additional customs duty or VAT fees.

Please note:

a) Royal Elastics never covers duties and taxes.

b) Royal Elastics does not accept refunds caused by duties and taxes.


The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

In case additional charges apply upon reception and you choose to not pay or the product returns due to absence of recipient, Royal Elastics reserves the right to not refund at all or partially shipping fees, return fees, taxes or the entire product costs.


Here is a basic calculation of customs duty and VAT regulations for your reference. However, customs regulation might change or vary by individual situations, we strongly recommend you contact your local customs office directly for updated information before making any purchases.

USA: duty-free for monthly overseas purchases under USD 800.

Australia: duty-free for monthly overseas purchases under AUD 1,000.

Canada: 18% customs duty plus handling charge CAD 9.95

New Zealand: 15% VAT plus handling charge USD 33.43.

Hong Kong: duty-free.

Japan: 30% customs duty and 8% VAT.

EU countries and the UK: 8% customs duty and 19% to 22% VAT(varies by country).

South Africa: 30% customs duty and 14% VAT.

If you choose not to pay the customs duty and return the shoes back to us, Royal Elastics reserve the right to charge you a fee covering the entire cost of the shipping and processing.

Packages Returned As Undeliverable

If a purchase sent to you is returned as undeliverable, Royal Elastics reserve the right to charge you a fee covering the entire cost of the shipping and processing. Non-collected packages are normally not covered by the right to return items as well as the returned order.


Your Rights

Should you for any reason be dissatisfied with your newly purchased item, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receipt as long as it meets the Return Conditions stated below.

Conditions For Returns

Item is received within 14 days.

Item is brand new, in original condition and NOT been removed from the original packaging it came in.

All original tags/labels/seals attached, intact and unbroken.

Original packaging is undamaged.


All items returned to us in this manner will be inspected.

Used items are not returnable or refundable. We consider the following items as used:

Items with wear or damage that does not normally occur by try on (crease, dirt or damage on sole).

We suggest you that try the shoes on a carpeted surface once you received them until you are certain you are keeping them. Also, try on pullover clothes with your head covered with a cloth or a scarf to prevent makeup stains.

Steps For Returning Item

1.Write to our customer service ( within 14 days of receiving delivery to request for a return. Please mention the order number in the subject line to help us quickly process your request. However, please ensure you have read the full terms and item fulfills Return Conditions before requesting for a return. If you are unsure whether you are eligible for return, just ask our customer service.

Our customer service will reply your e-mail authorising you to send back your item. (Note: Your refund is not accepted yet.)

Please mail / return the item(s) within 7 days in order for your return item(s) to be accepted.

Please note that return shipping charges must be paid by the customer. Also, any additional shipping or duty tax charges back to us will be deducted from the refund amount.

Should the item become lost or damaged when being returned, no refund will be made. We recommend that you send the item with a delivery company that offers a track & trace service.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed automatically to the original method of payment.

Royal Elastics reserve the right not to accept any return beyond the return policy period limit or the product shows signs of wear, has been used or altered from its original condition in any way or may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your original payment included shipping fees, the amount of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Free Shipping: If your order value falls below $130 after the return of the item, your entire order will no longer enjoy Free Shipping. Thus the original shipping fee (as listed in the Shipping Fare Chart) will be deducted from your refund.


If you believe the item you have received is a defective or incorrect item, please contact us via email within 7-business days of receipt of the item, quoting your order number, and as many details as possible about the product including a photo if possible. Royal Elastics will evaluate the issue and if the item is considered as a defective or incorrect item, Royal Elastics will reimburse the return shipping charges. Either a replacement or refund (in event a replacement is not possible) will be issued to you.


Please note that Royal Elastics will not take responsibility for a wrong order made by customer himself. Please check out the order confirmation email after you placed an order. If you found that you have made a wrong order, please contact us immediately for fixing it.

If you didn't receive an order confirmation email, a few reasons this may have happened:

You may have typed your email address incorrectly. This would make it impossible for us to send you an email.

Our email may be moved to your spam or promotion floders automatically, or be blocked by your email server.

Your order has not completed processing.

Please contact us to inquire about your order if you are in doubt.


Defective items refer to items that are not functioning as it should or possess a significant cosmetic defect.

The defect must be sustained at source and clearly visible upon receipt, before any washing.

Self-inflicted damages to the product such as use of overtly strong detergent, bleach, soaking, high heat and abrasion during wear are not considered defects.


Colour transfer that is self-inflicted during wash.

Furring and thread pulls that are self-inflicted due to abrasion against rough accessories. This is considered wear and tear.

Bursting of zips or buttons due to improper handling or wrong size ordered.


Foot pain or hurt due to improper wearing or ill-fitting size are not considered defects. Please try first once you received the shoes and make sure they are suitable for you to keep them.


Some limited examples of minor imperfections that do not affect product's overall functionality and hence, are not considered as defects are as follows:

Minor loose threads or buttons that can be easily rectified.

Varying placement of print or embroidery due to the cut of leather or fabric.

Minor dirt that can be washed off with soap and water.

Minor specks inherent in the leather or fabric that are part of manufacturing process.

Technical markings that can be washed off or blown.

Slight colour variances due to different screen colour resolutions, settings and individual perceptions.

Slight measurement variances of between 0.5cm to 1cm that are part of product tolerances.

Apparel not fitted well at intended areas due to varying body proportions for different individuals.


If products fall within acceptable tolerances, they would not be considered as defects.


Clothing items may have a 0.5cm to 1.5cm difference in our given measurements as they are mass manufactured.


Colours may deviate slightly on different screens as different technological devices have varying screen colour resolutions and colour settings (e.g: Night Mode vs True Tone Mode on iPhones). Perceptions of colours may also vary for different individuals and colours can be affected by lighting conditions in which the viewer examines the product. For instance, a product's colour may be affected by outdoor and indoor lightings of different tones or intensities.

If you wish to process an exchange, we recommend that our customers place a new order and return the original order, as we cannot guarantee that the item will be available at the time that the exchange is received as we run in low stock.

In this case simply mark your return as a refund following our RETURN instructions and once received, and after checking it’s in the same condition it was in upon your receipt, we will refund the order. We would recommend you use a tracked service to send back, so that you are able to track it. The return shipping cost from unfitting size must be paid by the customer.

We understand how difficult it can be to buy apparel and footwear online. Royal Elastics is pleased to help with reducing shipping cost for a different size, so if you place a 2nd order different size we will refund the full amount of your 1st order without deducting the original shipping fee.
