*Customers in Europe, Canada, and New Zealand are usually charged with additional customs duty and VAT, which is separate from the FREE SHIPPING offered by Royal Elastics.

Worldwide Shipping
  • We ship to every destination in the world via EMS and DHL from Taiwan.
  • We ship the order within 2 - 4 business days (depending on stock availability). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking no. by e-mail.
  • Due to the shipping cost increase caused by the current global COVID-19 situation, we will temporarily stop accepting orders form some remote countries such as South America, Africa, Russia...etc. Countries not available to make order will not show up in the country name field of order form. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
  • FREE SHIPPING does not exempt customers from paying additional customs duty and VAT fees, which is a requirement for shipment to select countries. 
  • We believe in getting gear to you at no additional cost. For all orders over USD $100 we will ship to you for free via express delivery. Please be aware that this policy will not apply to remote countries. The shipping fee will be calculated based on the country and will be displayed at the Payment Page.
  • You may request exchange or return for any personal reason (i.e. size doesn't fit or you don't like the color or style) within 14 days of having received the shoes and the returned shoes should be unused. Please note that, if the return is caused by personal reasons, the original shipping fee (as listed below) will be deducted from the total amount when issuing refunds.

Shipping Fare

  • Shipping fare is charged in USD.
  • Actual shipping fare is calculated at checkout and is subject to change based on package volume.
  • Express delivery is shipped by DHL or EMS based on location availability while Standard Delivery is shipped by EMS (local post office).
  • Actual shipment time may be longer due to delays in customs or ground shipping. Days means business days.
  • If for any reasons, the order shipped to a customer is refused or unclaimed and eventually returned to Royal Elastics by courier, RE will attempt to make a 2nd shipment(we might charge a shipping fee for the 2nd shipment). If the 2nd shipment fails again and order is returned to us, we will not make the 3rd shipment and we will deduct the shipping costs and handling fee of 2 shipments from the refund to the customer.
  • If you change your delivery address with DHL, you'll be charged a fee of USD$30 a month later(this fee is charged by DHL in its monthly bill to us).

 Customs Charges and Tax

  • We're shipping from Taiwan to international destinations. Additional customs charges and tax may apply at the customs office in the destination country and any charges incurred will be paid by the parcel receiver, not Royal Elastics.
  • Here is a basic calculation of customs duty and VAT regulations for your reference. However, customs regulation might change or vary by individual situations, we strongly recommend you contact your local customs office directly for updated information before making any purchases.
    • USAduty-free for monthly overseas purchases under USD 800.
    • Australia: duty-free for monthly overseas purchases under AUD 1,000.
    • Canada: 18% customs duty plus handling charge CAD 9.95
    • New Zealand: 15% VAT plus handling charge USD 33.43.
    • Hong Kong: duty-free. 
    • Japan: 30% customs duty and 8% VAT.
    • EU countries and the UK: 8% customs duty and 19% to 22% VAT(varies by country).
    • South Africa30% customs duty and 14% VAT.

  • If you choose not to pay the customs duty and return the shoes back to us, we will make a full refund to you. However, the original shipping cost to your country, the returning shipping cost & import duty back to our warehouse will be deducted from the refund.


  • You may request exchange or return for any personal reason (i.e. size doesn't fit or you don't like the color or style) within 14 days of having received the shoes and the return shipping fee will be at your own expense. The returned shoes have to be in resalable condition. If the shoes are used or tampered, the refund will not be made.
  • Make sure to include your invoice and the original shoe box (the shoe box must be inside a bigger box).
  • Use a traceable shipping service to send back the shoes. Or you could contact us at customersupport@royalelastics.com for a better corporate shipping rate (fee must be prepaid by the customer via PayPal).
  • After we confirm the condition of your returned shoes, we will notify you by email and make the refund within 3 business days. Please note the original and the return shipping cost will not be refunded.

  • We accept size exchanges within 14 days of purchase(starting from the date you receive your shoes). For size exchanges, please contact us at customersupport@royalelastics.com to check the availability of the size you want. We’ll ship the merchandise to you free of charge after we receive the original shipment from you.
  • Should there be a factory defect or incorrect shipment, please inform us within 14 days of purchase(starting from the date you receive your shoes). We will exchange a new pair or provide a store credit to you and Royal Elastics will cover all costs involved in returning the merchandise.
