By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by ALL of the terms and conditions stated below:
The promoter is Royal Elastics Fashion International Ltd, Neihu, Taipei City, Taiwan.
- This contest will be run exclusively on the Instagram social media platform, and is in no way sponsored by Instagram.
- The competition is open to all persons aged 18 years and over, with no limits placed on nationality/place of residence.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
- Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
- Closing date for entry will be 7th December 2018. After this date, no further entries to the contest will be permitted.
- No responsibility will be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
- Royal Elastics reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice
- The prizes to be given away are three pairs of sneakers, chosen from among the 2018 Q4, ICON SBI, ICON DOTS and Prince Albert collections. The prize is to include the full initial shipping costs, while excluding any extra customs duty and VAT costs incurred in destination country.
- The prize is as stated. The prize is non-refundable, non transferable and non-exchangeable, and there is no cash alternative offered. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
- Prize will be shipped by international courier at no cost to the winner, however, any custom duty and VAT incurred in destination country will be paid by the recipient, not Royal Elastics.
- Three winners will be selected at random from among all valid entries via Instagram.
- The winner will be notified by Instagram DM on Dec 10th . If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 3 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
- The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
- The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry, without any cost to the promoter. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Taiwan data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
